The flange included did not match the existing flange and drain resulting in a fabrication to match the new toilet. In hindsight I would pick the more expensive replacement of the same brand.

Just like the picture
We haven't got to use it yet. We had to make a few adjustments on the floor of our camper to install it, but it looks really good. The big negative, the reason it lost a star, is that there is no where on the lid to grab to lift the lid up. Its super awkward and complicated to get a grip somewhere to lift it. We're gonna add some kind of hook to the lid so we don't have to man handle the toilet to get the lid up.

Wish it was porcelain not plastic.
Mount bolt holes are wider apart then the standard. could not use mount ring that came with, Had to modify holes in toilet. It does work great and the height is good.

Meh
I bought one for the simplicity of it for my tiny house. It came very fast, easy to install, but after a month the foot pedal started to drip. Ruined my whole bathroom floor.

Waste of money from day 1
Leaks from the bottom - leaked all over my floor, flushes 1/4 of the time- have to keep pushing the flushing pedal down repeatedly to get it to finally work, won't hold water on the inside because seal isn't tight when it closes but it does have a nice flush well when it flushes
