Really expected more....
Net looks great and springs look like great quality, it has been almost 2 month since placed order but still haven't been able to use due to wrong items sent and partial order. Wish my kids could use still waiting on item to be delivered (only got partial order of springs) so I'm sorry I do understand COVID but company's communication skills need lots of work a simple email/call/txt would have sufficed from the get-go stating We are working on your order please be patient with Pandemic but no I called/left VM/emailed and nothing till about a week ago and order still not right kids are about to be back in school and never got to use.

15" Trampoline Replacement Mat
YescomUSA was so fast in getting this part to us. It arrived nearly a week before the scheduled delivery date. We installed it the same day and have been enjoying it every since.

This is not a very good quality mat. Something is wrong with it. It leaves foot and hand impressions and takes a while for them to disappear and it doesn't bounce you at all.

Horrible quality
We bought this item in April and before August the first spring loop broke. It continued to happen, springs dangerously flying into our neighbors yards. By the end of October, so many spring loops had broken the trampoline was useless.

Mat wasn't the right size
Ordered the 14 feet / 7 inch spring mat, Item was tagged as 13 feet acroos, but actually only measured 12 feet so wouldn't fit.
