It was tough getting it on...could you recommend the size of the cage/net to fit the trampoline?

Good quality replacement mat, but we had to return because we ordered the wrong size

My top arrived quickly along w/ a hook for attaching the springs. but I actually expected a packaging slip as I didn't receive new springs. Couldn't tell if I misunderstood or they would arrive in a separate box. Overall, still pleased.

I have to say I was impressed by how fast I got my order but when you don't send the right item it really doesn't matter how fast you get it. Anyone can send the wrong thing out quickly. I was also treated rudely returning it to the store. I filled out all the proper paper work online like I was asked and my email said I could return it to a store without a box which is what I did since I threw the box it came in away. I was given all kinds of Greif at the customer service counter when they finally called a manager over and he reluctantly took it when I showed him on the email that I didn't need a box. A little while back, I tried to purchase $2000 worth of gift cards and brought it to customer service to load them. The clerk told me they wouldn't load them because they didn't "TRUST" me. I for one, will never shop at Walmart again

Poor quality. I was installing this today and several of the V rings started bending open. I had to return product and buy a different brand

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and cannot return it

They will not let me return it because they say it took me over 30days to contact them but it was not true I have tried to contact them twice and they won't answer me I need a smaller pad
