Needed a place in my tiny kitchen for a person to sit down and visit with me while finishing dinner prep. No room for a conventional table. This is the perfect solution! Love it!! Painted it to match the wall, then sealed with polyurethane. So, now they grab a chair , flip the desk up, set their drink down and chat with me asI finish up!!

Do pull out a tape measure and prepare yourself for how small this really is. I installed it on the back of my home office door, and it's the perfect size for my needs. It would have been nice if the hardware came pre-attached to the desk, but to keep costs down (I guess) the locking hinge/supports are unattached in the box. I have two installation tips: 1) When you attach the hinges to the wall, they need to be as close to parallel and vertical as you can get them or else it will be hard to close. And 2) Consider carefully what angle you will screwing in the highest screws (especially if you will be using a drill) because there isn't a lot of space up in there, and a bit of a slanted angle actually made it much easier for me!

the desk is s little thin

Just the perfect space for laptop computer. Nice to be able to fold it down when you don't have a lot of space.

At first I never received my product, but after contacting them, they did respond in a timely manner and sent a replacement product expedited to the address I had moved to. Because of that follow up I will continue to do business with them.

Great desk to save space. Easy to install. It's perfect for students. Enough room for a laptop and a notebook.

i love the fact that it saves so much space. although i didn't think it would be a little bigger, but that's on me. I didn't really look at the measurements. but it was very easy to assemble, and it will work well for what im using it for... a make-up vanity. so all it all I recommend it for small spaces.

Pictures are deceiving! Check measurements and measure before buying,it is smaller than they make it look. I regret not measuring. Other than that its good.

great unit itself but when you order a black shelve it should come with black hardwear this is white hardwere and blackshelve.

To small and fell off the wall within a couple of days. Not with it in my opinion. Id rather just get a standard desk
