Quality for the price is very good. Obviously not quite as stable as 1 piece ladder but adequately supports my 200 pounds and able to access a 10 high attic opening. The feet are a rubber like design that prevents slipping or damage to floor surface. Pleased so far
Purchased for RV and it works great. Same as more expensive ones at half the cost. I highly recommend it.
this telescopic ladder is great, just what i was looking for, fits perfectly in camper storage!
This solved my problem of having a light weight easy to store ladder on my 2nd floor balcony. Not as light of weight or as easy to use as I would have liked but nothing is perfect. It is actually easy to put away but watch your fingers and thumbs if they get caught in the sliding parts you are going to get hurt.
Each rung of the ladder is spring loaded requiring the user to press a lever on each side of the rung in order to release the spring causing the rung to retract into the one below. Unfortunately, a few of the levers do not easily release. I have had to tap them with a screw driver and hammer to get them to release. I thought of returning the ladder, but found out that I had to take it to a FedEx hub (not a simple convenient drop off) in order to return it. What happened to the days when you could return everything and anything to your local Walmart store? Buyer beware when you consider returning something you buy through the Walmart website. Because the ladder has a great design, appears to be reasonably stable, is light weight, and easy to store, I have decided to keep it and put up with the annoyance. Be very careful to made sure your fingers do not get slammed when the spring is released and the rung retracts. When I contacted the seller, he offered me a $5.00 credit if I could fix it myself. I did not respond to his offer, but I will continue to have my screw driver and hammer handy while using the ladder.
