Made about 30 cuts today with the new plasma cutter 65DS Pro, multiple thickness up to 1/2 x 8 inch , cut great, very happy with it, setup and use very easy

I bought the welder 3 yrs ago and has never let me down. So I purchased the plasma cutter. I have cut 1/2 inch steel with clean cuts. 3/4 not bad at all but I have almost cut 1 inch best little plasma cutter for the price!!!

This thing cuts like butter. I had a cheap Amazon version as my first but was never able to change tips on the one on it cut really bad. This is great. Cuts 1/2 inch steel with no problem although I really don't need it for that. Thank you.

This machine is fantastic so far. Been using it daily for a few weeks. Tips last forever with clean dry air. It really can sever 1" and makes fantastic cuts in 1/2". I ran it first on 120v and now on 220v great either way. The new torch is excellent.

Bought this for home use last month where the most I might cut is 1/2". I cut some 1/4" plate and it burned through nice and clean like a knife through butter. I could see where this machine may have trouble around 3/4", but she works good for what I'll be using it for.

At least out of the gate, this thing cut incredibly. If you use a guide to make a straight cut, and about 5 seconds with the grinder on the bottom edge, you would be hard pressed to tell this wasn't cut on a bandsaw. I hope it lasts, but so far, super impressed.

STILL TRYING TO DIAL IN THE SETTINGS I NEED TO USE IT.INSTRUCTION MANUAL A LITTLE LIGHT ON USAGE AND SETTINGS AND THE MEANING OF THE DIALS AND BUTTONS. SEVERAL YOUTUBE VIDEOS EXPLAIN MOST OF THAT .SO FAR ONCE YOU GET THE BASIC SETTING IN. WORKS OK SELF STARTING EASY TO USE. A LITTLE DIFFEENT THAT CUTTING WITH A TORCH BUT PRACTACE ON SOME SCRAP BEFORE CUTTING ANYTHING GOOD,ORDER A TIP REPLACEMENT KIT ASAP AS YOU CAN MESS UP THE TIP QUICKLY IF YOUR FREE HAND CUTTING WITH OUT THE TIP SPACER

cut some 3/8 plate out of the box prolly cut thicker if i had someits small its lite weight not sure how it will hold up compared to my other plasma cutter on my cnc tablebut for tossing in the car and cutting some smaller stuff up it should be fine only time will tell
