Yeti Blackout PBG

So my husband is a gamer. And he loves these microphones. They have great sound quality. They sit very nicely on a desk. It doesn't take up a whole lot of space. Also it came with a video game which was definitely a nice bonus. It was easy to connect.

This mic is absolutely Amazing!Its so big and perfect.My son uses it for his gaming and the sound is so clear,this is the best mic we've ever owned,all thanks to Walmart!!The stand is very sturdy and has knobs to tighten the mic so it doesn't move,and comes with the cords.This mic is for PCs but it is working for my sons Xbox OneS as well,which is so wonderful because it's hard to find one compatible with Xbox.We give this mic 10 stars and Highly recommend for anyone trying to accomplish anything.Its absolutely wonderful.Sound is amazing!!

This yeti is awesome. It does have a little weight to it and Is durable and made to last. It has a mute button. So if you are a gamer or maybe using it to sing this would be perfect. It also has a volume button that allows to control the volume of the yeti. It has a USB mini jack, 5hat allows you to plug in your headset. I love the base and how the mic allows you to be able to adjust it. This is perfect for gamers.

First of all let me just say that this thing is absolutely incredible! It connected easily to our desktop pc and works beautifully. Sound is incredible and is a must hae especially with online gaming etc. Years ago we bought the silver yeti microphone and had zero issues with it too. Great brand and great product.

I received this Yeti mic as a product review. My first thought when I open the box was how professional it looked! It is heavy like its made from quality material. You can adjust the position of the mic very easily by turning the 2 knobs on the sides. It has a mute button, volume dial, and 4 different settings. It is pretty good in size. I had to have my son help me hook it up to my computer. There were permissions I had to allow by going into my settings but other than that it was pretty easy to connect. We recorded ourselves talking and singing and the playback was clear. We tried the different settings but really couldn't tell a difference in the playback. You don't have to be super close to the mic for it to pick up the sound of your voice so it would be easy to record a few people talking or singing at one time. My son plays a lot of online games and he is excited to try it out and my brother wants to use it to record himself playing his guitar. I would say it has been a hit in my family!

This thing is *amazing*. It is powered through the mini USB cord that comes with it. As soon as you plug it in, it's on, and automatically muted. When the red light is flashing, that means you are muted. When it's just "on" and not flashing, that means it's unmuted. There are more options on the mic itself that you can use to get the results you want- but we were able to plug it in and immediately use it. The quality you get with this is stellar- all the right highs and lows are captured in a pleasing way. Incredible quality. Highly recommend.

This is the PUBG edition of the Yeti Blue microphone that I have heard many streamers mention using. It is simple to plug and play for initial use, but it also has several settings to play with to get the sound you are looking for. It has a nice look, and a solid build. A great mic for the price. Our Blue (teamed up with Bluehole) Yeti Blackout microphone with player unknown's battlegrounds is some serious machinery. I used to hang out at radio studios and setting this up instantly brought me back to those days. This thing is heavy duty and means business. Which for online schooling, the new life on zoom, online gaming and everything in between in our new pandemic world makes it a worthy investment. It is super easy to set up and very straightforward with a headphone jack and audio controls. I love the easy USB setup. It has four distinct pattern settings (stereo, bidirectional, omnidirectional, cardioid) and they explain how the settings work for those who aren't familiar with it. The chart on the back of the box makes choosing the right setting pretty idiot proof which is great for those just getting into living online. My husband is a musician and is in love with our new mic. The clarity or it and ease of use is the best I've seen. My husband is not very tech savvy and even he can get this up and running with little effort. The sound is clear and crisp without backfeed. It doesn't pick up breathing or background noise which means the settings you choose really matter. It was clearer sounding than talking to someone on the phone. My husband is more versed in mics than i being a pro singer in nyc in the 90s and it received high praises from him. It's the best he's worked with. He even noted the mic stand attachment on it. He also is impressed with the clarity and directional control which would allow him to sing and play an instrument. Overall he is highly impressed and has more experience with mics than anyone i know.

This is a great starter microphone for someone who has never owned a microphone before. I have only ever owned a microphone headset. This microphone is good for doing voiceovers and it works well for doing my YouTube video reviews and my Sunday family podcasting. It was extremely simple to use and easy to setup it was 1-2-3. The only minor con is that it picks up every noise made. Which is not necessarily all that bad. Well at least from what I originally thought. Nevertheless, my son tested it out on his video live games and all of his friends said he sounds so clear like he was standing next to them. So maybe I will let him keep it. I keep going back to the same con, I just can not believe the background noise is really that much more noticeable when there are multiple people in the room while it is in use. For those that may get bothered by the background noise I would recommend buying one of those muffler things for the microphone. I think it is called a filter to drain or minimize the background noises. If you are new to this Yeti microphone like I am, make certain you play around with the different sound settings. The construction of the microphone is absolutely great. It is super sturdy. It got some weight to it. It is not too big and not too small either. The base is so sturdy that it is not easily able to get knock over. Not to forget to mention, it comes with a $30 value PC digital game. As I stated, the clarity is good so I would give it a seven and one half out of 10. Which is not bad at all. In my opinion I would say it is definitely a starter up microphone for inexperienced, and first time users.

The Yeti Blackout happened to be the only Yeti mic there right before Christmas. I wanted a white one but decided to go with this one. So glad I did. This mic is very sturdy and bigger than some. The directions for setup is very easy to read and it doesn't take long to set up the mic. I have a mic extension stand that I bought separate and this Yeti mic fits perfectly. I'm a gamer and want nothing but the best for an excellent gaming experience. This is one of thee best! Clear sounds, no cracking noises, picks up sound great if you walk away and much more.
