The camera is a little fussy to set up and sometimes the app crashes while viewing video, but overall a good value. Video quality is good and sound is acceptable. What they don't tell you is that to get full functionality on theses cameras requires a paid subscription in the app. This should be printed up front.

It was very quick to install once I was able to hookup the correct light fixture. Now the cameras are running in the front and back of my place, securing the entrances.

This is NOT Yiot. It IS Ysxiot. Cannot get it to install. The qr code will carry you to tricky ads. A waste of money. Buyer beware.

downloaded app, wont accept any credit card, now cards are on alert status. none of 4 cameras can hook up, they are useless

I purchased 2 of these, they were defective. i returned them and bought 2 more of the same kind. they are also defective. what now . i need to return them also?? i took out the allstate insurance and what do i do now. ? do you take them back or does allstate do it. even thou they are defective. i will not purchase any more of this brand, i will buy another brand.

The cameras talk to me in Chinese. One of the cameras has something jumping along the top of the screen so you can't use the motion detect because it records non stop. The lights on both don't come on when motion is detected. I have to manually turn the lights on.

Ordered to replace a malfunctioning YI IoT I already own. Looks like what I was expecting. Turns out this is not a YI IoT. I was prompted to download V360 Pro app to calibrate to the WiFi based on the barcode on the camera. YI IoT app did not recognize it. The barcode seems to be invalid for that app too. Furthermore, it would not take the SD card like it should either. SD card import seemed broken internally. Waste of my money, waste of time. Very frustrating!!!
