I been buying so much take out oran...
I been buying so much take out orange chicken that i decided to make it at home. I found Ying's batter mix and its very delicious. Its very easy to make easy to follow instructions. Gives a very light and crispy coating to the chicken. My whole family loved it.

I really liked the ying's batter! U...
I really liked the ying's batter! Used this on some chicken and put some mandarin sauce on top and it tasted just like it had to come from the restaurant! Only downfall to this product would be the shipping cost shipping was almost as much as the product itself.  I know this can't always be avoided, I would be more interested in this product if it was available to purchase in store!

I love trying different flavors esp...
I love trying different flavors especially with chicken. I tried this with thigh . It was so easy to prepare with the instructions given on the package. Tastes very yummy. I think I just added little over so it was somewhat oily. Next time will use less . But was nice
