This sauce is definitely delicious! It is a perfect dipping sauce for any dim sum. I used it on my plain rice and chicken breast and it lifted my meal to gourmet level. Tastes just like sushi restaurant dipping sauce for gyoza. It's definitely worth trying if you want authentic taste!

Not What I Expected
I was expecting the type of taste you get when ordering local Asian takeout side dipping sauce. Not to my liking This is more of a traditional blend type.

Don't buy this
This did not taste like traditional potsticker sauce. To me it was slightly vinegar and did not have a very strong soy ginger taste. I was disappointed plus it was expensive for what it is.
