I got this cage to house my 2 parakeets while their flight cage was being cleaned

The cage was perfect size for a parakeet. However it didn't fit together well, leaving gaps in the seams. The clean-out tray was misshapen and didn't function well.

I probably should have ordered more expensive item. But for now, I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

When I received this cage, the plastic base is all warped and will not set level, the whole cage is a "build -it-yourself" cage. he curved panel for the top is bent, and the front and back of the cage is also bent. Was really hard to even get it put together, and the swing and the 2 perches are a joke!! I could deal with the cheap walls and top for the cage, BUT the warped bottom, and perches, and swing are not acceptable for any bird!!! Will be returning it to the store!!!

Disappointed...there were no directions included in the box. Had to take apart and reassemble to get bottom tray opening where the food access and door are. It came with some plastic fasteners to keep the food access doors from being opened by the bird. They were very difficult to use and I would say worthless. So be prepared to fasten the doors or your bird will escape....I use small binder clips now but all cages I have used in the past have metal clips on the doors. Also poor design on the plastic grid at the bottom...it does not slide out for cleaning.

The good news is the order arrived early, however the packages within another package . The inner box was in poor condition and the birdcage was bent out of shape on ALL SIDES and Top. Not only was the packaging insufficient, and the quality of the birdcage was poor. if not for the face I needed one right away I would have returned it.

The cage had to be assembled. Part of the cage was bent. When it was all put together I discovered there were no seed cups.
