like this AC unit overall. It's not ugly and doesn't block the window like a normal window unit does, which is a big plus. The included install kit is very nice, and comes with plenty of foam and gasket material to block the gap on the sides. It's well insulated and could stay in all year without drafts etc.

Works really well. Fits perfectly in the living room wondow. Also, it's silent, which is a plus. The shipping was pretty fast. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

So quiet you can hardly hear it running, also great that it doesnt take up the whole window.... and so much safer can open the window and its not going to fall out!!! cant recommend this more, we love this ac!!!

This is one of the best AC on the market today. It's a space saver , most of your windows AC units are big and bulky And take up space, not this just the size and shape. I would recommend this one to everyone.

This has been a great unit. It is quiet and runs like a champ! We have a 20x20 sunroom and it cools off as soon as it is turned on! Easy to install. Love that I can pull my blinds almost all the way down and you can barely notice it in the room. Not an eyesore like the big bulky old type. Wished I would have purchased a long time ago!

I guess I would recommend it, but I would definitely tell the people that it was delivered pretty banged up. I have pictures and I called about getting a discount on it or refund to get one. That looks nice new instead of banged up through the delivery, and they refused

it doesn't even blow cold air, even at night when it's cooler outside it still blows lukewarm air, do not buy this unless you like throwing your money away because that's what you'll be doing. Horrible.
