Great couch that converts to a sleeper. The versatility is awesome piece of furniture. I do recommend it is a temporary piece meaning it is not the highest quality but served the purpose for surefor a great price!

Literally came with no directions to assemble so I'm stuck with couch pieces everywhere

putting it together; no issues. looks nice. it is not very comfortable. i will need to get a thick mattress topper to continue laying on it. I bought it because I live in a 10x12 foot room. Not a lot of space. This provides a place to sit when I need support and to lay down when I need to sleep but....yeah; needing more cushion for sure.

Color is completely different than the dark brown in the pictures. Color is WAY lighter. Dimensions are also completely different that advertised. Actual length and width are 73.75x 65.75 vs the 77” x69” advertised. The majority of reviews for this review are either fake or are for other products. I hope to give a future buyer some reliable feedback unlike what I found in these reviews.

In the picture, this sofa futon looked very comfortable. It's not! the seat part is very hard. There is no cushion to it. And if you want anything put together by Angie at Wal-Mart's price, you better remember to put it on the order because there's no way they will give you their price after the order is made. I ordered the sofa without assembly purely by accident. Wal-Mart doesn't care. So be very careful how you make orders online!.

Very difficult to assemble after Assembly the cushions were hard and had to be replaced with another foam mattress. Do not recommend this for anyone else specially seniors.

Worst experience I have ever had! Missing parts and the company refused to send The parts that I requested! 4 managers and numerous frustrating phone conversations finally decided to refund my money I am disappointed because I loved the couch Too bad the sellers customer service was unacceptable!

I ordered this furniture from official website of Walmart. The seller sent me a sofa bed with bed bugs. I am upset, I am still trying to solve this problem because I am afraid for my kids because of bed bugs from this furniture.

This is not anywhere near as advertised It is very poor quality. It arrived quickly. I have multiple screws that are wrong. The holes barely align and one screw cant get through the holes.Can't even finish install until i get to the hardware store. One of the backs does not lock between positions. The stitching is already frayed in multiple spots. This is not at all as advertised. I thought this would be a great gift for my family. I was very wrong. I got this on a sale for black friday thinking the original price of roughly $1600 down to $550 was a steal and I would get a great quality product for the price. The $98 futon in store is better quality than this. I submitted a request for a full refund as I don't wish to waste any more time putting it together or taking it apart.
