was easy to assemble, looks great. came in 4 boxes, so you need to wait for all 4 to come in for assembly.

It's a good couch but kinda looks cheap. The cushions are kinda hard but I'm sure will soften over time. There was one part of the couch that we couldn't connect at the end due to the holes being drilled in the wrong place. But otherwise seems like a good couch just maybe a little over priced.

The couch is extremely firm which is not what i expected, i wanted it softer but not too soft. When we put it together the bracets were not long enough from where the holes were and we had to drill our own. i would not recomend this couch.

Has a Velcro that attaches the pillows to the back of the sofa o it's really just a “for decoration” type of couch . There is room to rest your arms on the side it's way smaller in person ,the cushions are not comfortable just overall disappointment with it

The couch is nice but the instructions were not the best. I had to figure a lot of it out on my own and also the wholes that were “made” for the screws were not made correctly. My couch is not built correctly due to it missing some of those wholes. I believe the could do better with a more detailed description on how to built the couch and also ensure the wholes made are properly aligned to secure the couch with the bolts. I am disappointed at this.

The item was missing pieces, and when I asked for a return and refund, they offered a $35 discount, then $40. The quality is HORRIBLE, and the customer service is even worse!

this sofa comes from a 3rd party seller and they don't want to help you at all with problems, like when they send you the wrong sofa like they did to me! I wound up having to get Walmart customer care involved. They took care of the problem.
