The chair seems to be very durable and heavy. Bought mostly for the heat function because my husband's office gets really cold during our mountain winters. Takes a little while to heat up but a good feature. I also thought the chair could be ran from a USB, but instead it was a wall plug. Must have misread the description. Massage has nice vibration modes.

Very confortable, the massage is incredible

Bought this office massage chair for my daughter, she's been asking for one, finally got this one for her Christmas present, she loves it, she said it was really comfy, especially she sits on it for her homework, and some online fun, games of course, overall, very satisfied, highly recommended.

The chair does what it is advertised to do, but lacks in comfort.

Most office chairs have the ability to rock, this one does not. The foot rest is to close to the chair and to small for most people. We bought two of them for the office, after a week, they were in the shop

From the pic, this chair looks like it is very comfortably padded. In reality, it is like sitting on a rock. It's a massage chair, but there is no neck support. The massage feels ok, but it does not reach my neck where I need it the most. If I could box it back up and send it back, I would.

wheels did not roll even on plastic desk pad. flimsy leg rest, small seat, heat and massage function worked but lasted 10 minutes max. Must plug in chair by cord to use heat/message. Quality ok for younger, smaller person, but chair does not have substantial structure for long lasting desk chair. Must return.

I wish I can give this review a zero. I received a used product and never heard anything back from the vendor.

instructions was almost as if a kindergartener wrote them, they made ZERO sense. so your blind guessing where amd what screws go where until you finally get the chair built just to realize you've built it wrong so yoi have to take it back apart to reassamble it again followed by a repaat once more because again NO DIRECTIONS. the heat is to be expected its not amazing but it works! the "massage" is more of a vibration that you can change the rhythm of. The annoying thing is the wires are VERY INCONVENIENTLY placed so always snagging and unplugging themselves and the heat and "massage" both automatically turn off after about 30 mins no matter what so thats incredibly annoying also.

I would give it a 0 star if I could. Got this chair as a Father's Day present for my husband. Try to put it together before he gets home from work. They sent me the wrong screws. I needed the M6x20mm and they sent too many of the 16mm. Not to mention the holes for the screws did not match up with the holes for the support hardware. I am not happy. I literally cannot do anything else without the required pieces. Paid $200 for a chair I can't even put together.
