This chair is exactly what I needed to. Excellent for the price and a good quality recliner. it truly exceeds may expectations. would recommend it's purchase to anyone in need for it's necessities.

This chair is almost perfect! It's higher so it's essier to get in and out of even without using the lift feature. It is easy to use all of the electrics, and the motors are so smooth and quiet you don't even know they're working! The chair is really comfortable, only problem is the footstool is a little bit shorter than I'm used to. Other than that I'm VERY happy with this purchase!

I liked the fast delivery service. I didn't like waiting almost out of 30 days return and still waiting for return label ,trying to return Recliner and they trying too make me keep the Recliner that's to small and give me discount Like i can afford too throw away 38O.00 I can't use Recliner it's to small legs hangover and headrest is below head and nobody but me is ELDERLY and it's for my HEALTH %26 WELLNESS,PLZ PLEASE GIVE ME MY REFUND SO I CAN PURCHASE THE RECLINER I NEED.I'M ON SET INCOME. I BARELY COULD AFFORD TO PAY 38O.00 BUT IT'S FOR MY HEALTH!!! If one needs a lift chair, please note that assembly may require two able-bodied persons. The instructions can be confusing and are in a small type set. At 360 lb max weight, the engineering operation seems as advertised. Lastly, two more points, first, the armrest has a large pad but underneath it has no solid hardboard. The chair base is lightweight and has plastic-covered floor attachments that cause it to move if you sit down hard. We had an install issue and reached out, via Walmart, to the seller, but got no response.

Chair seems sturdy, but it's stiff and material is thin. It is too big for my living room, so trying to return. It's all boxed up, was never used. I started return with Walmart but have been waiting 3 days now, for response from seller! It's supposed to be free return! This is why I'm rating it low. If you need assistance, wish you luck!

The fake leather is already pealing off. When you put the feet rest up, the back starts to recline automatically. Can't just have the foot rest up alone. Considering the price I paid I didn't expect a lot but I did not expect it to start pealing so soon

Recliner cannot be used due to missing parts. Contacted Walmart who stated they would make contact with third party. Never heard back from third party and never received missing no parts to complete assembly. Very disappointed to have such a large piece in living room without being able to use it. Save your time and frustration and go to a furniture store and purchase a recliner.

we have had the chair about 8 days and not sit in hardly until today Thanksgiving it already broke. the first chair i bought came with missing pieces having a hard time receiving replacement parts. and returning the chair its taken almost a month to return and get refund. i believe they are cheaply made and i will personally NEVER order anythng of the nature from Walmart again . So be very careful ordering items of a magnitude from Walmart.

Extremely uncomfortable with all added massages, heating, vibration devices and hurts body to sit, lay back and material upholstery is poor.

I have yet to receive all pieces of this recliner. Very disheartening to not get the complete order after you have been charged . I have emailed the seller multiple times worj no response.
