like this AC unit overall. It's not ugly and doesn't block the window like a normal window unit does, which is a big plus. The included install kit is very nice, and comes with plenty of foam and gasket material to block the gap on the sides. It's well insulated and could stay in all year without drafts etc.

Works really well. Fits perfectly in the living room wondow. Also, it's silent, which is a plus. The shipping was pretty fast. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

Love this air conditioner, it's quiet and doesn't block the window. Looks attractive. I have it in our family room where everyone sits to watch tv and don't want to have an air conditioner drowning out the sound

So quiet you can hardly hear it running, also great that it doesnt take up the whole window.... and so much safer can open the window and its not going to fall out!!! cant recommend this more, we love this ac!!!

This is an excellent window unit and it only blocks a few inches of the view. It has been over 100 for several days now and this unit keeps our living room very comfortable. The unit is very quite and is very energy efficient. Very happy with this purchase and would purchase again.

I guess I would recommend it, but I would definitely tell the people that it was delivered pretty banged up. I have pictures and I called about getting a discount on it or refund to get one. That looks nice new instead of banged up through the delivery, and they refused

it doesn't even blow cold air, even at night when it's cooler outside it still blows lukewarm air, do not buy this unless you like throwing your money away because that's what you'll be doing. Horrible.
