I'm overweight and this mat is perfect for me. It's wider and thicker. Hand and feet do not slide. Sticky on both sides; doesn't slide on the floor either. Great color. VERY SATISFIED!

exercise/yoga mat
This mat is ribbed so stays in place and is wide enough for wiggle room. It's not paper thin or too cushy, it's in he middle and keeps it light to carry.

Nice wide mat
I like the extra width this mat provides at the gym. I place their regular width mat underneath this one. Now my arms can also be on the mat during yoga! I'm also glad that it doesn't have a rubbery smell to it.

Fair value but rest of reviews are right, that it's slippery. I use another yoga mat crosswise on top so it's perfect for my use of it.
