Simple and great as intro for kids' yoga
Great simple dvd that contains four 20 minutes sections, each section has similar routine. Jody is a great instructor for kids in my opinion. Her instruction are very simple, kid friendly as it match with the theme of the dvd (ie. dinosaur in this case). She has very soft, calm and yet energetic voice. My daughter love to follow yoga pose in books so having it in DVD is even better for her to learn; but for kids who are not particular excited about yoga, this flow of the DVD maybe little boring for them, I would suggest the parents do it together with them. One of the section is actually duo-yoga, in which me & my daughter have so much fun doing it.

I bought this recently and did it w my son. Not much exercise for me but great building blocks for him. He loves it!
