Yoga Pulse: Pregnant Fit & Tight Prental Workout [DVD]

I bought this video because I LOVE doing yoga when I am stressed out, but my videos that I already own specifically say, "Do not use while pregnant". So being pregnant now, I went online and bought this one thinking it was a good value for the money and I have never really been disappointed with a yoga video as of yet. Boy was I mistaken! I just wanted a video with "safe" yoga moves for pregnancy and this one was a voice-over the person demonstrating and kept saying things like "Visualize your baby smiling up at you" REALLY???? I just want to clear my mind and do safe yoga for my pregnancy with minimal speaking during the actual video. If you are looking for a strange way of "connecting" with your baby this may be for you, but if you want to just meditate, relax and stretch...search elsewhere.
