Each if the two flavor packs have a good variety of seeds, "yoggies" which are basically like a dried fruity yogurt bite, nuts, and dried fruit cubes. Each packet is 1oz and 140 calories- great for a quick snack around the house or to bring with you as you're out and about.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves these snack mixes. They're a perfect mix of sweet and salty. But not too sweet that I feel bad giving them to my children. We will buy again. The yogurt cubes are a fan favorite for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this for an easy to pack snack when easy access to meals was limited. The flavor combination of both packets was good. I would love to see a little more dried cherries & dried cranberries, but these were excellent little snacks.

Great Grab and Go snacks for those on the run no matter the ages. They are a good source of fiber and they are probiotic! I love these Yoggies Trail mix packets! The mango and berry mix is sweet, tangy, and super tasty. The 1oz size is perfect for tossing in my bag or keeping in the car for a quick snack. Everything tastes fresh and natural—just really good fruit. Definitely one of my favorite snacks now!

My only complaint is there is more added sugars than I like to have. This 1 oz bag contains 8 grams of sugar and 5 grams is added sugars. They are gluten free, non gmo ant no corn syrup so that makes it a healthy snack for on the go fuel! Love that I can keep them in my purse or baseball bag for on the go options. I prefer the mixed berry flavor. The mango is a little too sweet for me but some may like it. I just don't love mangos as much as berries. Super convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste of these are fabulous! The whole family loved them. Our favorite was the mango but we loved the berry as well. Our only problem we had with these, they were melted all together when they were shipped. So we didn't get the full effect.

I must say I was disappointed in the taste and some of the flavor combinations did not work for us. Unfortunately, these are not something we would purchase again.
