Great All Terrain Tire

Robert May 5, 2026

I've had the Yokohama Geolandar AT4s on my work truck now for 3 months. They replaced the OEM Hankooks. I needed a more aggressive tread pattern and the Yokohama's haven't disappointed. These tires ride very well, better than the Michelin in my opinion. They have a slight hum on the highway, but it isn't overly noticeable. They have performed well in the Rain, Dry and Snow conditions. These tires are on a 2024 Ford F150 Crew Cab 4x4 that I use for work. I travel 200-300 miles per day going to construction sites. It is a good mix of interstate driving, highway driving and dirt roads/construction sites. These tires are outstanding all the way around and a great value and look great on the truck.

This is my first Yokohama purchase

Chris January 12, 2026

This is my first Yokohama purchase. I bought because it is one of the only tires in the specific size I wanted, 16". I ordered and installed a set of four. One of the tires was so out of round that I contacted simple tire for a replacement. It wanted six and eight ounces of weight on one side of the tire. The wheel was rechecked and spun absolutely true and with a. 25 Oz weight needed for it by itself. Add the tire again and 6&8 Oz required. The replacement tire was reasonable at 1.75 &.. 75 Oz to balance. I have never experienced a new brand name tire that didn't spin true. I am honestly used to buying only Michelin, so this swas a shock. I've done bf goodrich off road before and they are excellent. These tires are loud when locking them up. The braking is decent but not as great as expected. I absolutely am able to drift the car on dry roads with reliable hook up. They ride very softly and are quiet otherwise. I really do appreciate the ride quality though. It is floating comfort and they track well.

Great tires.

Evan October 15, 2025

Last set of tires on my truck were BF Goodrich in the same size, I didn't even get 30,000 miles on them. I'd been getting about 45-50,000 on several sets of Kumho's before that. I've had several buddies with these Geolander LT's that are getting 55-60,000 in the same terrain. So far so good!

Great all terrain Highway tire

Phil January 4, 2026

Noise isnt bad for a tire that does great on gravel, blacktop, and in snow. Havent had them long enough to advise on tread wear but performance is great.

Overall a good tire

Troy October 29, 2024

They are good looking tires but a bit more noisy than I'd prefer. Yet they are more quiet than my last tires. I'm a little concerned about traction because they seem to break loose in dry conditions. I have yet to drive in wet conditions. Finger crossed.

Not to bad

John November 1, 2024

I Usually run cooper tires, but I thought I would give these a try. They aren't to bad. A little noisy but they are off road tires so that comes with it. The only thing I can say bad about them is that after driving on them for 3 weeks, I had one develope a bubble in the inner sidewall right next to the tread, and the tread started separating from the belt, went halfway around the tire. It wasn't from me hitting anything, it was a defect in the tire. The warranty people did send me a new tire, however it took 2 and a half weeks for them to approve it. I was out of town when this happened and had to tow my rv home on a spare. Yes I could have bought a new one and hoped they would reimburse me but then that would have defeated the purpose of buy the tires from simple. The tire is $80 - $100 more from the other guys and you only get reimburse for what you originally paid for the tire. This was the first time I bought tires online and so far this is the only disadvantage I have found.

Juat Horrible

John April 23, 2025

After having these tires for just under a year I can honestly say they are the worst tires I have ever owned. I originally bought 4 and have since needed to have 2 replaced. The first one developed several bubbles all the way along where the tread meets the sidewall as if the tread was being separated from the belt. The 2nd tire had its tread start separating from from the belt. These "new" tires are acting like they are cheap retreads. Luckily I caught these issues before I was in a major accident caused by these crappie tires. I'm extremely disappointed with them and will not be buying this brand ever again. I will most likely be replacing all 4 here soon because I don't trust that they won't come apart while I'm driving.
