We love the Heavy Duty Dog Kennel. We did notice that some of the canopy attachment bungees were missing, and a few holes were not punched in the canopy, but we worked around it because we really needed to set this up for the puppy we adopted. Our puppy loves it. Maybe include a few extra zip ties next time. We ran a bit short but my husband had some in his toolbox. Overall a great product just a few minor issues.

Not as easy to put together as described. Instructions were not clear on where/how to initially to start once frame was together

Hardware was not compatible with assembly. Had to buy hardware to complete the assembly. Very disappointed.
Purchased a ten×ten dog kennel got it all set up to find the door does not fit. The door away latch will not even latch. It closed, not happy with this purchase and don't want to go through all the work of taking it back down. Returning it , getting a new 2 put back up.
