Easy to Assemble
When I opened the box thought it might be complicated to put together but that was not the case. Had it together in approximately 30 minutes. Inversion table is quite stable as well.

Works good for back aches. Took me about 1 and half hours to put together. Directions are pretty simple. Easy to use and worth the price.

Sturdy and easy to use.
Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Not exactly what I had expected but that is on me not the equipment. I believe my grandkids have had more fun on it than anyone.

the first time i used it, the bar bent and broke that is supposed to keep you from totally inverting. i went all the way down and hit my head
