Installed these in the secondary condensation pan of my HVAC air handlers. Had a clogged condensation line in one which resulted in the secondary pan filling with condensate. YoLink sensor alerted me and saved the day. I also have their temperature/humidity sensors installed on the same hub in my refrigerator/freezers which have proven to be invaluable.

I picked up the Yolink starter kit earlier this year and installed the sensors under the sinks and behind the fridge. About four months later, I heard a beep in the kitchen and traced it to the sensor behind the refrigerator. It had detected a small leak coming from the nearby dishwasher. I shut off the water and made the repairs. Thankfully, the sensors caught the leak long before any real damage could occur. I later bought the three-sensor expansion pack and installed those under the remaining sinks in the house and by the hot water heater.

I love these sensors so much! It gives you a silent alert on your phone when there's a leak and being able to label each sensor makes it easy to find which location is leaking. My sensor found a leak under my kitchen sink extremely fast before any damage was created. This was exactly what I was looking for. Assembly is very explanatory to configure. Monitoring your sensors via the app is super user friendly.

I got these leak sensors to replace another brand. The app is great and the sensors are easy to link to the hub. The range of the built in radio is phenomenal and much greater than the range of the sensors they replaced. I like the batteries, too. They use two AAA batteries and the ad copy says they have a two year battery life or longer. My old sensors used a CR2032 lithium battery that I had to change every four months. The sensors are monitored by the hub, which needs a power and internet connection. The status of the sensors is shown in the easy-to-use app. The app can also be set to send an alert by text or email to your phone. Finally, it is possible to link the sensors to YoLink's siren module (separate purchase), which I did. The siren is plenty loud and can be placed in a central location to clearly alert you. Overall, these are a clear winner.

We've only had the Yolink Hub %26 water Leak 4-Pack a week. We are not very "techy" so we had to call customer service but they are very nice. I think it would have been easier to set up if the ethernet cables weren't necessary. We were alerted when we disconnected the ethernet cable and there was no power to the hub and sensors.
