Poor customer service and defective part
We have had this elliptical for a month now and have not been able to use it. There is a part on the petal assembly that is defective. The only way to reach customer service is through email and they are slow to respond. They sent us a video on how to fix the problem but it was for a different elliptical and a foreign language. They have requested pictures and videos which we have sent. We finally figured out which part is defective and they finally agreed to send a petal assembly. We have reached out for confirmation of the shipment and after several days they have yet to respond. We will be requesting a return, now we are worried about how long it will take to get our money back.
