For the money, it's a great product. Easy to assemble (easier than IKEA anyway lol), whisper quiet, works well. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it is for the price. Quite easy to pick up and move! I'm happy with it. Let's see how long it lasts.
2 days of workout in the row I used the row app that comes with it but it's a 14 day trail so far so good I would recommend easy price easy to move around after assembling fast delivery via FedEx I feel more lightweight my sessions were 20 mins a piece.

Easy installation. Simple instructions. Seems to be very durable. Purchased extended warranty. If parts ware out will make getting part easier. Time will tell. Been a great experience so far. Great screen counter to monitor progress. Stores easily in small areas.
Much better workout than the bike but maybe I need to hit the bike a little harder. This rower gets the heart pumping.
The base of the machine had chips and cracks from prior use. Either they sent me a returned item or they have a quality control issue at the factory. Either way, that is why I gave them 3 stars. I paid the full premium and I expect a premium product. That is the con at the moment and cannot recommend it.
Assembly was step by step with all the screws pre-threaded with lock washer and flat washer, each in the vacuum sealed package with numbers fir each step. Took longer than they said otherwise full stars. Workout is one star because of lack of resistance. The listing is for 115 pounds of resistance, it gives 40 lbs of resistance. It is still a good value for entry level rower, especially for lighter individuals, or those who do not want higher resistance. At 6' and 250( )lbs wearing a 54 suit jacket this is on the light side for me.
The straps don't fit over running shoes. Feet can drop out of the pedals. The resistance is too limited.
The foot straps are terrible everything else is solid
I received the item. Too many parts. Labeled parts were confusing. I could not assembled my fully paid for machine due to missing parts. Customer service quickly responded and ordered parts. Parts will take up to a month to arrive.
