Heavy enough for stability using both arms and legs. Still can lift from floor to desk top and back down. Resistance settings are a wide range, larger than I thought it would be. Seems to be very well built. Plan to use it alot. I'm 78 and been in a wheelchair since COVID,some rehab and want to increase arms and legs strength. Good buy.

Perfect for Knee Rehab
I had a Total Knee replacement a month ago and this is perfect for keeping it from getting stiff between PT visits. It was ridiculously easy to assemble and very quiet when in use. It took more time getting it out of the box and Styrofoam than it took assembling it! Very glad I made this purchase!

i love the product the shipping of it is very untrustworthy i don't have a car and they drop all of my package in place where it could of got stolen and i told them my whole address so many times so be watchful when you get delivery.

Great for Office
This under desk is perfect for the office! It's quiet, doesn't take up much space, and provides a great way to incorporate exercise into my workday. The adjustable tension allows for varying intensities. Highly satisfied!

This display is in KMH not mph.
This worked out for me except that the miles is tracked in metric and after emailing the seller they informed me that there is no way to converted on the digital display to mph.

solid so far
so far it works great. fits under my desk, and i cant work on my knees and steps without stopping work. happy and glad it was pretty easy to set up and they gave all tools needed to do so.

Broken
Setup was easy enough but, it feels sturdier than it is. It started making an annoying and loud clanking noise during it's second use. I'm about to initiate a return right now. lame
