Great taste to add to my breakfast oatmeal. I also add a few drops to some stir-fry dishes with tofu. . Just a few drops enhance the flavor.
When I made tteokbokki sauce, I added a little allulose instead of sugar, but it was just as sweet and delicious. When I used sugar, I was worried about my health, but allulose is the best alternative for my family's health and it was the best switch I made.
Allulose is in all of my go-to for every dessert I can't give up, even while losing weight. From yogurt bark and homemade protein bars to zero-sugar fruit punch and even egg tarts, all my favorite sweets are made with this one ingredient. It has virtually no sugar, the lowest calories of any sweetener I've tried, and it actually tastes good. Honestly, it's been a game changer for my healthy lifestyle.
And here's my go-to brunch hack: 1/4 cup each of: oats chia seeds peanut powder Greek yogurt almond milk and this Allulose This Kitchen allulose is sweeter and has fewer calories than my previous pick, so my diet meal prep is getting both more delicious and more effective.
Works great with the ninja slushy for a sugar-free options
I'm unable to eat sugar, and this is really good. I added it to my homemade almond butter. Very good taste.
Good product, great service!
Works! will try in coffee tomorrow!
This has a vert, very sweet taste to it. Would recommend using less than called for in recipes and adding more if needed. I don't mind the taste as I'm used to sugar free sweeteners. I will buy again
Chase phony because of added Stevia glucoside
