Your Zone Kids Reading Nook and Storage Bookcase Dark Chestnut

this shelf is heavy but its very sturdy. bought it for my 9 year old and she loves it. the cubbies hold a lot of books as well as trinkets, toys or arts supplies, and the cushion is fairly comfortable for being what it is. for size reference, im 5'4 and and its perfect seating height for comfort on sore knees. assembly was pretty easy to do, though a few holes did not line up. id suggest extra screws be included in case some are dropped and lost. it only came with one extra screw and one extra peg.

Instructions were very clear and easy to read. Fit perfectly in her room. It was a little smaller than expected but it fits okay. Box was super heavy, around 70 pounds.

I ordered this for my five-year-old son who has a rather large book collection. It arrived quickly and was not difficult to put together. And the price was much better than some of the other items I saw that looked similar. We are very pleased with it. And it looks very nice in his room.

My mom and my dad built it but they took them 2 1/2 hours because of all the hard pieces that were in it. The angles were the hardest because they were the most confusing part. That's why I'm giving it a three out of five.

Some of the pieces did not fully fit together but overall its a good product for the price.

this bookcase nook is absolutely adorable. its a good size, and my 5 year old and 11 year old can sit on it together. However, assembly was a nightmare. it was smooth sailing until Step 10. the instructions say 1 person, 1 hour. This took me almost two, and i needed to find longer screws than what was included, and use a drill to drill new ones. the holes on two of the wood pieces don't like up, off just a hair, but enough to make it impossible to assemble. had to drill holes, which in turn cracked some wood. Atleast we got it together. very heavy, 76lb package, seems sturdy. very disappointed in the assembly and the fact that the pieces didnt line up. still a nice piece, i can see us having this for years. but if you're not handy, or if you're looking for a easy assembly, you might want another item.

The angled parts have too tiny of acrews and wont hold the pieces on. I had to vuild it without them.

The first time I purchased this item it had defect parts, which were A, B, H, and I. I reached out to them by email and they said it was too many parts that needed to be replaced so I sent it back. I reordered the Nook %26 Storage Bookcase because I really loved it and wanted it for my son. The new one I ordered has two defected parts which are B and I. They text me and said they would send the parts I needed. It's been 2 months and no parts yet. No response to email or text. This was a waste of money and time.

arrived previously used. very dirty. unable to assemble due to poor quality of wood and previous owners destroying the bookshelve.
