The pillow did not come in a package, it was left on my front patio chairs bare, so you'll probably want to find a way to sanitize it once it gets to you. Overall a good buy though.

Pillow is very soft and comfortable. The only negative thing is the pillow is not protected against the elements during shipping and delivery. I've bought other pillows from Walmart that have plastic bags or other materials to protect against moisture, dust and critters. See photo below provided by the delivery driver.

the person who delivered it folded it in half and put groceries on top of it, causing a fold that will never go away. i am very displeased.

what i didn't like is that i ordered the pillow for my grandson's birthday who lives out of town and it was not wrapped in a bag , plastic nothing was just left outside on the ground how stupid is that.
