[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptic about the claims I've heard about collagen. I had to try it for myself. I recently started a pretty intense exercise regimen and have experienced more joint pain as a result, as I'm going from couch to HIIT. I've been taking these for almost a week now and have definitely started to feel a difference. My joint pain isn't as severe and doesn't last as long AND my nails are growing at an alarming rate! I don't see a difference in my hair yet but when it comes to my skin, I definitely see a difference. I usually suffer from stress breakouts and when it's my time of the month forget it, I look like a prepubescent kid! Since taking these regularly I haven't experienced such issues! The pills are sizeable and without the right amount of water will get stuck on your tongue and taste disgusting, but after you get used to it the first couple times it's second nature.

My hair and nails looks and feels better.I like the fact that is great for ligaments and tendons. The only thing I don't like is that I have to take 6 pills a day. Otherwise is a excellent product. I am really pleased with these tablets and will be purchasing more. They are a little big so you may wan't to brake them in half when you take them.

So far it has worked great. The only issue i have is how big the pills are. You have to take 6 a day and the pills are big. But other than that my hair is strong amd my skin is looking healthy.

I bought them because I didn't have my blender with me to make smoothies so I thought the tablet would be easier, but I'm not sure if this is the best brand for the money so I would not recommend.
