I have heard so much over the years about trying collagen and all the benefits of its use that I was very happy to give it a try when the Sparks team offered it for review. It wasn't clear as to how often to try it so I've been using it once a day in coffee and my husband is also trying it added to his bottle of water. The dosage is a rounded scoop and according to the bottle there are 17 doses per bottle so I did purchase a bottle also so we both could try it daily for two weeks. I have only taken a few doses so have not really seen the benefits yet. One nice thing is that it dissolves very well in either. The container we have is vanilla flavored which is not overwhelming and the flavor is definitely not unpleasant. Being 58 years old, I am happy it is supposed to help fight the effects of aging and also is supposed to have beneficial effects on your hair, skin and nails. I've noticed as I've gotten older that my hair and skin seem dryer so hopefully will see improvement there. It does mention that the facility where it is manufactured processes whey milk protein and fish extracts so take that into consideration if either of those is a problem in your diet. I've taken this now for several days and have noticed no ill effects so I am pleased so far. Collagen is reputed to be beneficial and this is easy to take so I'd give it a try for yourself if you like.

An attractive package containing a great tasting Collagen powder. This 4.7 ounce container is about a months supply. It is a very favorable vanilla scent. I use a full scoop, the scoop is included in the container, sometimes half of a scoop to add to my water, juices, smoothies and coffee. My favorite is the hint of vanilla to my coffee. This powder easily dissolves in hot or cold drinks. Full of amino acids, vitamin C, Biotin and Collagen this is a supplement I will continue to use. I love the hint of vanilla flavor. I have used it for a full month and purchased another because I can see a difference in my nails. They are actually stronger. I have not experienced any adverse effects. I have very dry and sensitive skin however, have seen a slight improvement. My hair looks good too, stronger. Over time I know the collagen will continue to help with my skin and the biotin is great for my hair. I like to take supplements because in my experience they work when I use them for a continuous amount of time. I definitely recommend this Collagen supplement.

No upset stomach. It doesn't mix too easy with a spoon. But warm up the liquid a bit and using a blender bottle makes it easier. It tastes pretty good. Hint of vanilla. It mixes well with beverages. I've tried it with milk, protein shakes, coffee, and matcha green tea. the flavor doesn't overpower. I've used it everyday for about 3 weeks and I've noticed my nails are much shinier. Time will tell how well it will work with my hair and skin. But so far I'm liking the benefits. It's so easy to add to any diet.

This collagen powder works for my nails making them grow faster and stronger. I didn't notice a difference in hair growth because my hair grows really fast anyway. I did NOT like the taste of this powder at all. I actually mixed it with water the first time and couldn't even drink it because it tasted terrible and had an unpleasant smell. When I mixed it with orange juice or grape juice, it was much easier to drink. Comes with a convenient plastic measuring scoop. This powder seems to work as indicated but it definitely didn't have a pleasant vanilla flavor. I highly recommend that you mix it with a strong flavored juice so it's tolerable and you're able to benefit from its use.

I was pretty excited to try this Youtheory collagen powder...the bottle is more on the smaller side...it is a 4.7 oz bottle to be exact...It's a cute squared bottle...Now let me tell you...this collagen powder smells so good! It smells like vanilla cake frosting...The powder is very fine...so I instantly thought it would mix well and not clump at all...but it actually did clump a little bit...I mixed 1 scoop in hot coffee...and I had to mix it well...I didn't even need to add creamer to my coffee...the vanilla gave it so much flavor...it tasted so good...I have to say this is the best collagen I have ever tasted...no fishy smell like others...there was only one thing that I didn't like...when I was finishing my coffee there was powder in the bottom of my cup...and I felt I was drinking coffee with sand...I understand that maybe not all powder mixes well...but I have never experienced that with any other collagen...I have been using this powder daily for over a week..and every time I had the same experience...Now as far as the benefits of it...It will takes months to see actual results...if any...I will continue to have it with my coffee every morning...since it taste so good...I'll just make sure to give it a good swirl at the end of my drink...

Since I have had not enough time on this product, I will review the taste and in 2 weeks, return with an update. I am starting the powder on Aug 12th 2018. I am have been taking biotin capsules every night for hair, skin and nails, I do like the results if taken daily on a long basis. I have stopped taking the pills to solely use the powder. The powder has a very nice vanilla aroma. The powder is very fine, not bulky or chalky. I added it to about 4oz of water and used a mini whisk to blend. It did thicken the water just a tad but the instructions didvsay to use 6 to 8 oz of water, coffee or juice. I stirred it for a good amount of time and a little still settled on bottom of glass. I drank it for curiosity anyways. It all went down smooth with no after taste. I am excited to see the results and will update after 2 weeks. But as far as raste and consistency it was completely bareable.

The tase if this product is great. I have been putting this in my coffee every morning. It dissolves fairly well. There is still a slight residue film left in my cup afterward but most of it does dissolve. As for the results of the collagen I physically, I really don't know. I have not noticed any particular favorable or unfavorable result physically. So, it tastes great but I don't know that it provides anything tangible force as a physical benefit.

I tried this powder in my coffee this morning, it dissolved fairly well and doesn't have much taste. It seems like it gave my drink a very slight slick texture. It should be noted that it is bovine collagen, in case that would bother anyone who is considering it. I like that it has High vitamin c content too.

I've used a few different collagen supplements and this one is not my favorite. While the vanilla flavor is fine, the powder doesn't completely dissolve in liquid. I've tried it in coffee and tea. It seems fine at first, but there is a gritty layer of powder at the bottom of the cup each time. As for the health benefits, I do recommend collagen. I think it provides the intended benefits such as better skin, nails and improved energy. I just think there are better options as far as taste and texture.
