[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's hard to say how much of an effect this had on my skin from just one bottle, but there were certainly no negative effects.i really enjoyed having the option to be able to take collagen in a pill form as I haven't been a fan of powdered collagens in the past and find myself harder to make a habit to use powdered collagens daily. These on the other hand were easy to fit into my routine alongside other supplements I take nightly. They are LARGE pills, which I'm totally fine with, but just a heads up if you have trouble swallowing pills. Definitely interested in continuing taking these for at least a few more months to get a better sense of the effect on my skin, hair and nails especially for the great price these are.

I can say I noticed visible results and loved that it is so much more convenient to take than powders in a drink. The dose is 3 pills daily, and the pills are large, so I take two at one time and the last by itself; taking all three at one time scared me. Surprisingly, they go down easily with a big gulp of water. I've never experienced any issues with swallowing them. They are intimidating, but it really does become easier after the first week. I see the softness and more fullness in my face. I've been taking a weight loss medication, and this has complemented the process so much by adding the collagen that gets depleted with aging and losing weight. I'm already on my second bottle, which I purchased myself, because it works much better than the powdered collagen I was using. It supports the health of the hair, skin, nails and joints. I only take it for about a week now and can't wait to see some long-term results. The tablets are pretty big, but I have no problem swallowing them.

You take 3/day, anytime of day. The only reason I took off a star is due to the size of the pills. The pills are a little bigger and the serving is 3 per day which is on the heavier side. I noticed faster growth in my nails, my skin has a healthier glow to it. It would actually be great if it was 1 pill daily instead of 3 especially since its so big. But I do hope to see some results soon!
