Its really worth it

I think my skin looks plumpier
Tbh my skim and face look plumpier but im not sure if it is caused by this supplement or the vital protein collagen. When i take both, my hair falls less and my toe nails for some reason become stonger. I also take fish oil which is supposed to help with those things but inonly recently noticed the more full face after adding this supplement
