I am in my 50s and had begun to start losing my hair. I have been taking it in the morning with a glass of water as instructed. I have not had any discomfort taking these.. I do wish they would use a smaller container. The pills inside the container are less than half of the volume.

Very easy to swallow absolutely no odor when you open them not like. that normal vitamin smell
