I have been on this product for over a month and what a difference in my hair and nails! My hair is so shiny, soft, and it isn’t dry anymore. My nails are growing so quickly and they get hard (they are normally so brittle). The pills are quite big and I actually only take 4-5 pills daily. Don’t recommend in empty stomach though. I split the pills in the morning and at night. I definitely recommend!

I really like the Youtheory Brand collagen. They recommend taking 6 pills a day. They are 1,000 mg per pill. I personally take 3 a day, since that is what my previous brand recommended. These are lightly coated, smooth on the outside and are easy to swallow. They do not have a foul smell or taste. I am very pleased with this product. The only con is that I wish there was more information on the bottle, ie (is this collagen type 1 %263).

This supplement is helping me not to be in pain with my knee. I was told I need reconstructive knee surgery. I have been using this supplement for over two months. It is awesome and I don't think I need the Surgery now.

I have been taking this brand of collagen for years. It only has vitamin C added and no sodium— it settles well on my stomach ,helps with my hair and nails and connective tissue .Since I am 76. It is important to try to keep collagen in my system for my joints as well.

Returned. Have to take 6 tablets daily. Nope. No clue if it was better or worse than one scoop different band in my coffee (unflavored) Guess I should have read the back label closer.

Been using this product for 5 years and was planning to continue buying it; however, a friend told me that it contains lead and possibly mercury. The website has a lead warning but I always purchased from here so never really saw the warning until a few days ago. Will be looking for a cleaner safer product. Also, you can not return this product to Amazon so choose wisely.

Can we talk about how the package says 120 tabs so you think you're getting a good deal but then after further read you realize a serving is SIX! These tablets arent small either. I can only swallow 2 at a time and I've pretty much killed my gag reflex with practice over the years.

You have to take 5 pills a day! That's insane!
