I received Youtheory - Sleep from TryIt Sampling. I added a scoop to my water 30 minutes before I went to bed. By the time I laid down, I was fast asleep. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep on a regular basis. I was very sceptical of this product but it has been great. It's a little grainy when you mix with water but has a slightly fruity flavor and is very easy to drink. I find that when I take it I am falling asleep quicker and sleep more soundly. I also don't wake up feel super groggy. As someone that works out regularly, I also love that it includes magnesium for recovery. Definitely recommend giving this a try! I have tried multiple sleep aids in the past and Sleep has helped on those evenings of insomnia and restless sleep. This product did not cause me any headaches or grogginess in the morning. I was extremely excited to get the chance to test this product out, I constantly have problems with my sleep and am always in the need for melantonin. I really liked the concept of this and it does seem to work really well however i have found it hard to drink my water after adding this powder to it, it causes my water to be super grainy and have a slight off flavor, even if i shake it a lot. The youtheory Sleep powder has helped me to fall asleep faster. It takes about 30 minutes for it to work. The package says to mix with water or juice. I found it did not dissolve well in water, but did okay in juice and milk. The powder itself has a sour (lemon-lime taste), but I could only taste this when it was mixed in water. The Youtheory sleep product that I received which was a full size, I've used the product once as I have trouble getting restful sleep. I was able to wake the next day refresh, fully rested and able to function throughout my normal 16 hour day.
