[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though the pills worked, having to swallow multiple pills a day was not my favorite. I have been taking powder collagen and adding it to my shakes and that seems to work best for me. I think I will continue to do so.

You can take them all at once or split it up. As far as results I didn't know much of a change in anything. Maybe I need to take them a little longer, still only on my first bottle.
