[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. I want to thank youtheory for letting me try their turmeric capsules for free. 2. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I can be of much help in reviewing the product, because I haven't noticed changes in the way I feel physically. Also, the supplements apparently support "a healthy inflammation response" but I'm not sure I have a lot of inflammation going on. I waited until the last possible moment to post my review in order to give the product a chance to make a difference. There are 26 capsules left (in a bottle of 60). The dosage is 2 a day, and I dutifully started taking them the day they arrived in the mail. 3. I will say this is a quality product, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who knows they have issues with inflammation. It's safe for most people as it's free of dairy, gluten, and soy, and it's non-GMO. The ingredients list is short. The capsules are vegetarian, and they are small enough to swallow comfortably; they don't get caught in your throat. 4. I'm rating the product in the middle, because I know it's a quality product and I would recommend it. However, I don't feel any difference at all since before I started taking the capsules, so I really can't say one way or the other whether the product works for people with a lot of inflammation. I also cannot compare it to other similar products, because I've never taken this type of supplement before. I usually take an amino acid, calcium with vitamin D, probiotics, and a B complex, so this is very different from what I typically use.
