How to contact manufacturer
I like the telescope but we didn't get to use it as a piece on the Mount stand was broke. I could not figure out how to contact anyone for assistance. I'd like to contact someone while still under warranty.

Do not purchase..set up was easy but the telescope didn't work.. couldn't get it to focus on Anything. very frustrating the instructions had pics which was good but it doesn't come with booklet of whats what and what lenses are for. returned as soon as i could.

DO NOT BUY
arrived broken. walmart wouldnt do anything about it and neither would the manufacturer. they wont even answer the phone. do not buy this product or any other from this manufacturer. its all crap.

Doesn't work in the sky.. works across the road but not any further cheap made no detailed instructions… very aggravating
