The item arrived on time and in good condition. As an aside, specific delivery instructions were completely ignored by the delivery service, placing the safety of the item in peril

Nice size kennel but the metal it's made of is about half the thickness of most crates making it a bit flimsy, so if you have a very "rough" dog I can see it getting bent. As well the latches are somewhat chinsy ans if you put a bit of pressure to the top of the crate the latches won't line up right
Was hard to get to stand up, due to handle being stuck on divider. We managed to get the handle out. Then we were able to stand it up. Dog loves, she is a 35 lb. corgi. Needs more room to spread out.
I needed a crate quickly but I chose a blue one and got black one. I was disappointed.
It was suitable but I would say that it is a great choice in terms of sturdiness and durability.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed them twice to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size and they never got back to me so guess I'm stuck with this one.
I dislike I have been trying to get in touch with the seller three messages counting now to return the dog cage back but have not heard nothing very pitiful very unhappy will never buy from this seller again
