Electric Cord Is Too Short
The only problem I have with this product, and it's a common problem, is that the electric cord is too short. Many devices have the same problem. I shouldn't have to use an extension cord to enjoy the massage feature.

Smaller than expected, when it reclines all the way back..it doesn't stay if you move..you almost have to fight with it, which makes it uncomfortable.. the massage works great on my lower lumbar area

don't ever ever buy this chair. you say I didn't apply for assembly but did for warranty. I know what the heck I did. you took my 79 dollars assembly fee and yet my chair is still sitting in box you say you would call angi assembly you didn't. I can't assemble it myself you lied to me and stole money I am disabled. shame on you I feel totally helpless and abused
