The chair comes in multiple boxes, once i received 2 boxes, i was able to put it together. Its fairly easy to put together and enjoy. its super comfy, does come with the massage function but it just vibrate, not a deal break.

I've had the chair for 3 months and the cable you have to pull to put the foot rest up is already broken. kinda cheap. Other than that a nice chair for the money.

uncomfortable too stiff, arms are too high. head cushion is not thick enough
