Late /misssed delivery date
Critical supplement for sick dog not delivered as scheduled. Notified after 6pm on Saturday evening limiting our ability to seek alternate source on a weekend. Very disappointed, and worried about dog.

NO RED PILLS
I bought 10 packs of Yunnan Baiyao so that I would have 10 red pills for my dog with hemangiosarcoma. There are no red pills in these packages. There are spots for them, but they are empty.
