nicely priced, easy to put together, all the outside cats love it. i like that it's elevated, and the heating pad makes no difference in the electric bill

This is a great raised and heated feral cat house. I would have given the pet house a 5 star rating if they had added a place for the controller , I added a piece of heavy duty Velcro, horizontally, under the eave of the pet house and to the back of as well as on the back of the controller so it is up off the ground and sheltered from the weather but I can still remove it to set the controller.

It was easy to assemble. I don't think it was worth the money but then again everything out there is overpriced. I thought it would be a little more sturdy, but it seems to work fine. I have a stray cat that's been coming around and I can't let him inside so it's working well so far.. I would recommend it. I'm just disappointed that it cost so much..

The price was good for the size of the cat house. It seems to be sturdy once put together but did not sit evenly on the ground. However. I was missing a ground stake and a cap for one of the legs. There was no damage to the boxes when it delivered. Some of the poles were very difficult to get through the sleeves. Directions not very clear on whether or not to leave the temperature adjustment part exposed or leave covered inside the cat house. Overall not a bad purchase.

You have to keep turning it every 12 hrs. I don't like to go out in the cold and snow to keep turning it on. Sometimes it shuts off before the 12 hrs.

While it was easy to assemble, the bottom was not solid because it was folded. It was comparable to me trying to walk in a bouncy house or on a trampoline. I didn't want to put this outside and feral cats nit use it.

Bought 2. Returned 1 after very short time as heating pad malfunctioned. Second one stopped soon after. Same thing . Looked at heat switch and (pictures taken) same issue. Pad burned in same place.wasting money if purchase with this heat pad.

I purchased two of these cat houses. I don't like how unsteady the legs are on these houses . But more importantly, the heated pad does not even work. Not on either of the houses. At first, I didn't realize because I assembled it, I turned it on, set the timer as it was outside on my porch for the two cats in my enclosed catio. Because it was New., they went inside and slept so I assumed it was working. But I decided to put my hand in there and feel the pad for myself and it is not even warm. It's cold to the touch. So I went to the Second house and did the same thing and it is also cool to the touch. I don't know that they ever worked. I've only had it for about two weeks.

The canvas house itself is fine. Material is good. The plastic tubing and connectors are extremely difficult to attach. The tube is too big for the hole in the connectors. Most importantly, the heating pad barely gets warm and I had it to the highest setting which is 9. We have a huge snow storm coming and temps here are near 0. I got this to help possums and critters from freezing to death. The DIY boxes I made and stuffed with straw I'm sure are warmer. So disappointed with this product. Waste of money.

You have to turn it on every day. I thought it was a timer and would go on and off by itself. I got it for cats that nobody owns. some place for them to get warm in the winter. I wish it would come on automatically.
