I plan to update this review. Day one, my new kitten was in love. Day two, it wasn't turning on. I charged it, waited for the indication light that it was done, and set it out for play. My poor kitten and I were so disappointed when it barely moved a few centimeters every few seconds. I contacted the company via email and they customer service rep is sending me a new one; I only needed the order number as proof of purchase. No return needed and they are sending me a replacement! I am super excited, and I know my kitty will be too. Update on how it works out after it arrives.
