I like that it comes with ice packs. The slim design made it fit in my purse easily. I could put two shot pens in it with the two ice packs. I think it worked perfectly for what it says it will do. Daily use for going to work would be perfect. But I did not check the temperature to make sure. For someone who needs their medicine, I would put a thermometer in it and try it before I trust it. I purchased it for travel. My hotel freezer did not work properly, and ice packs did not freeze; a plane delay (34 hours to get to the destination) and finally, a too-hot dessert (118 degrees F) made me not trust that my medicine was still good. As a first-time traveler with this medicine....I learned that I need a backup plan for some of my travels.

The case was fine and fit inside my purse. I used both ice packs and after 6 hrs. my insulin needles were barely cool when came time to administer.

Did not stay cool for more than a couple of hours! 😙
