This cone collar for dogs seems to be very well made. I knew I was buying one a little bit big, but so often I get dog supplies that are too small, so I went a little bit bigger. It fit just fine, but it was just a bit long for my size dog. He's not used to wearing anything like this anyway. What I ended up doing was to very carefully cut the clear plastic part completely off of it. The reason I got this was so that he wouldn't accidentally scratch his ear when he's scratching his side from seasonal allergies. I hated to cut that part off, but it made the total length of the cone much better for him, and he wasn't as bothered by it and was able to lie down and sleep with the cone on, so it worked out just fine. I would definitely recommend this, but realize that it seems to be a bit long in total; at least, for me it was.

Good quality,made to last and comfortable. Unfortunately it was to short for Alaskan malamute, he could still lick his belly. I needed a longer cone,he might just be Houdini!!!!
