Excellent set of quality resistance bands - Covers a wide range of resistance so many exercises can be completed and be beneficial to your health. Learning to use bands properly as I always did free weights - Am enjoying the slow and methodical technique needed to get full benefits. Hope you enjoy yours too! Will be purchasing another set shortly so I can utilize my bars and straps better - never liked single arm movements - JMO. They work just not my thing

I bought this to help rehab my ankles and hips after breaking my leg twice last year. Works as I had hoped and I actually like the bands better than a yoga strap for assisting with stretching.

Just started using them and so far they feel like they will hold up. The tension feels about the same as lifting a dumbbell of the same weight. I am looking forward to including them in my daily workout routine.

Good quality 6 resistance band,I like to use it specially I love working out at home.It is very useful in working out.

Just what I needed, and the price was good.

One of the bands was sent in the packaging with a tear in it so it cannot be stretched or it will rip in half. I didn't open the rest but just know you probably won't be able to open these up and use them straight away.
